From a starting total of 250, it dropped slightly to 215 after three months and then to 190 six months later. Ultimately, I settled on a low statin dose for further reduction to 158. I received the order very quickly. With my bad cholesterol significantly elevated, my doctor advised these capsules. I’ve taken them for nearly a month, and I feel more energetic. I take them to lower bad cholesterol, accompanied by Omega 3 capsules. My chronic fatigue and sleepiness have disappeared, and I've regained energy and motivation. While I can’t definitively attribute my cholesterol reduction to iHerb Jarrow Citrus Bergamot capsules, I successfully lowered my total cholesterol from 7.2 mmol/L to 4.9 mmol/L within 2.5 months after dietary changes and taking one capsule each morning. Changes included switching to skimmed milk, eliminating cheese, minimising sugar intake, and including a cholesterol-lowering spread and yoghurt drink.
