Reduced foot pain

I love this product! A holistic practitioner recommended it to help lower my cholesterol. Not only has it achieved that, but it has also significantly reduced the pain in both my feet that I had suffered from for years. Previously, I had to apply pain relief ointment on my feet morning and night, but I no longer need to do this. I've learned that it's beneficial for inflammation too. After consulting various doctors without success, I realised I needed to take it 25 to 30 minutes before meals to avoid heartburn. Since then, I've had no issues. This product has truly transformed my well-being.

Worsened muscle pain

Disappointed. I purchased this hoping to lower my cholesterol naturally. Instead, it caused severe arm muscle pain, with both bicep and forearm discomfort, making it difficult to lift anything. This pain was almost worse than the leg muscle pain I experienced with a statin. Consequently, I plan to try a whole food plant-based diet to address my cholesterol levels. Unfortunately, I ordered two bottles and now have an unopened one that I cannot use.
