Circulation improvement
My legs often cramped in the middle of the night. I thought I was deficient in minerals, so I took calcium and magnesium supplements, but they had no effect. After a hospital examination, it was found that poor blood circulation due to cold sensitivity was the cause. I was prescribed Opalmon, a blood smoothing medication. Had I known the cause, I would have discarded the supplement and switched to this medication earlier. Now my leg cramps have completely disappeared. This product is excellent!
