I purchased this to avoid the hassle of juicing cabbage, a part of my regime for addressing excessive iron in the body. Yes, taking pills is much more convenient. I can genuinely feel that my joint and shoulder pain are improving significantly, all thanks to this IP6 delight. I might also consider including activated rice bran, which IHerb sells as well, but it was out of stock when I ordered Jarrow's IP6. Perhaps I’ll add activated rice bran to my cart next time.
