Excellent drug; L-carnitine is a natural substance related to vitamins of group B, similar to the pharmacy Elkar. It was prescribed by a neurologist for neurological issues. L-carnitine assists in metabolic processes, acting as a carrier of long-chain fatty acids across cell membranes into mitochondria. It improves protein and fat metabolism, enhances gastric and intestinal enzymatic activity, aids in food absorption, reduces excess body weight, and decreases muscle fat. These liquid capsules have helped my hyperthyroid cat tremendously. Previously, using powder was ineffective, but each capsule contains the correct dosage of 500mg. In just under a month, she has gained weight and become more active. While l-carnitine is not for those with hypothyroidism, it is a godsend for hyperthyroid conditions.

Palpitations improved

Love this product! I bought it to lower my hyperthyroidism, and my heart palpitations have improved so significantly that I barely notice them now. Additionally, my memory has gotten better, although I'm uncertain if this improvement is a result of L-carnitine.
