Adjusting dosage
I want to continue using it, but even one pill triggers diarrhea, so I will try a smaller dosage. I felt warm and was perspiring profusely even during a winter walk. The taste is somewhat peppery and sour; I personally find it a bit challenging to consume. However, I wish to see results, so I will try to drink it while adjusting the amount.
