Supports skin healing
Good support for my immune system during the spring allergy season. I also find it helps my eczema skin heal more rapidly. I don’t use it daily but prefer it as a booster during tougher times, mainly due to the price. I wish they would stock the smaller size.

Ineffective for eczema
I purchased lactoferrin after a nutritionist said it could reduce eczema and inflammation. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of taking it, my eczema worsened, and I also developed an upper respiratory tract infection. I feel it did not have the promised effect.
