Reduced pain significantly

To relieve menstrual pain, I take this supplement, which is famed for aiding pregnancy. Although it doesn't significantly alleviate pre-menstrual irritability, I've experienced a notable reduction in abdominal pain, headaches, and overall discomfort. Consequently, I've drastically decreased my painkiller intake, and my menstrual cycle feels more stable. The tablets are somewhat large, yet they have no taste or smell, which is a plus.

Almost no menstrual pain

I used to suffer significantly from menstrual cramps. After dietary improvements and supplements, I still thought my iron levels might be low, so I tried lactoferrin. Within two weeks, I noticed almost complete relief from menstrual pain and related symptoms. I’m hopeful to continue this for ongoing benefits.

Menstrual pain disappeared

I chose lactoferrin over traditional iron supplements since I've heard negative things about them. Although I haven't monitored my blood values, I am astonished that my menstrual pain has vanished. Perhaps it's aiding my iron absorption from food? Regardless, it has pleasantly surprised me, even though the tablets are slightly larger than expected.

Pain diminishing gradually

Having only been consuming this for less than two months, I intend to repurchase. Initially, it upset my stomach when chilled, but now that's largely improved. I've noticed that the sluggishness and lower abdominal pain before my period are much less pronounced than before.
