I took lactoferrin after a course of berberine on my doctor's recommendation to improve bowel function. I appreciated the effect; my overall health and bowel movements improved. Prior to this, I faced constipation or diarrhoea. I will definitely order this periodically. An added bonus was the cleansing of my facial skin from rashes.
