Healing acne quickly
It assists with my acne. I'm giving it 4 stars because I've only been using this brand for 2 days and can already see an improvement in my skin. I believe in lactoferrin. I stopped taking my previous supplement, which was costly, and my acne returned, worse than before. I ordered from iHerb (a cheaper product with the same content per cap) 3 weeks ago, and received it just 2 days ago. I took 3 caps on the first day, now taking 2 caps daily, and my face is less inflamed; even my aphthous ulcer is healing quickly! After a month, I will revisit my review and may give it 5 stars.

Partial symptom relief
I am working to protect cats. I was surprised that after giving a cat with a mouth ulcer a third of the food, the symptoms had subsided in a few days. However, it did not completely resolve. I then treated it with medicine, but mouth ulcers return when immunity is low, so I mix it with food to maintain immunity.

Miracle supplement
It's somewhat of a miracle supplement if claims hold true. Lactoferrin is said to be an immunomodulator that aids with ulcers and promotes healthy gut bacteria. The only medically verified benefit is for some Hepatitis C patients. I have no doubt about its efficacy and plan to try it alongside a GAPS diet to enhance gut flora.
