Stopped hair loss
One of the best supplements to increase energy and lower homocysteine! This B12, in the form of Methylcobalamin, from a great Jarrow brand, has worked perfectly for me. My blood tests revealed that my B12 levels, previously low, are now over 600 ng/mL. I combine it with Methyl Folate for better absorption. Since starting this protocol, I have noticed a significant reduction in hair loss, with real hair growth and a healthier appearance. My memory and mental clarity have also greatly improved.
