I like this product and appreciate that Jarrow makes it. It significantly helps with my severe allergies. When pollen levels are high and I'm congested, NAC effectively opens my breathing by thinning mucus. The sustained-release formula works well for me, while the regular version does not. Although it can have side effects like mild nausea, I find it best taken with vitamin C. It's also important to stay hydrated, as NAC can remove both detrimental and beneficial minerals from the body.

One of the most significant supplements out there. This brand is remarkably effective! It alleviates my arthritis from years of dancing and completely removes my allergies—I've stopped using allergy pills. As an asthmatic, I rarely require my steroid inhalers anymore. NAC is even prescribed in hospitals in Europe for its benefits. While I'm aware that it reduces inflammation and helps with other autoimmune issues, it has also been beneficial in treating my eczema, which surfaced after the Malibu fires two years ago.

Great product! I use this supplement along with Nature's Way Nettle leaf for year-round allergies. I take one of each every 6-7 hours and can definitely tell when they wear off. The side effects don't compare to those from OTC allergy medications. I'm committed to these more natural alternatives, especially considering they are approved for pregnancy. I knew I'd need allergy relief if I were to become pregnant, and these have been a vital addition to my routine.

It seems to work. This product appears to have helped alleviate my seasonal sinus allergies. I ran out for a week and noticed a runny nose and chest congestion returning.
