A friend and I used to joke about the oppressive air quality affecting asthma sufferers. I had been on Asmanex for five years until I began using NAC on my friend's recommendation. After gradually decreasing from three to one capsule daily, I no longer experience breathing issues and have successfully stopped using Asmanex. This brand is highly effective! I find it's essential for my overall health. It alleviates my arthritis and has completely eliminated my allergy issues. As an asthmatic, I no longer require steroid inhalers and use my rescue inhaler infrequently. NAC's benefits are significant, and it should be better known!

Infrequent asthma attacks

A bit smelly but not too strong to use. I prefer the 600 mg version as they are completely odourless! However, the scent doesn't transfer when swallowing and isn't unpleasant! I haven't needed to use my inhaler for months! I've been an asthmatic since age 3 and I'm now 42! From now on, I shall always take NAC. I'm astonished at how infrequent my asthma attacks are!
