This is fantastic! I initially purchased it to assist with my cholesterol, but I've been pleasantly surprised by how much it's helped my asthma! Since starting it weeks ago, I’ve reduced my inhaler usage from daily to just once every 7-8 days! My breathing feels significantly more comfortable.
