Bilberry and grape skins. I have been diagnosed with cataracts that are ripe. Due to a genetic disorder, I am allergic to most medications, and my doctor could not find any suitable eye drops. Surgery is the only recommended treatment, which made me anxious. After thorough research, I began taking Bilberry and ICaps Lutein & Zeaxanthin Formula. I have been taking them for some time now, and I see an improvement in my vision. An eye examination scheduled for January will provide an objective assessment, but I remain hopeful. I also noticed an improvement in my skin quality. I recommend these pills for anyone with similar issues.

The supplements seem to prevent my eyes from deteriorating. My previous optometrist suggested Bilberry and Lutein for eye protection, and I've been taking them for years. Recently, my distance vision improved slightly, while my reading vision worsened a bit. It's unclear if the distance improvement is due to the supplements. At 65, my eyesight has not significantly changed in the last decade, and I haven’t developed cataracts yet, so I will continue taking Bilberry and Lutein to avoid potential decline.
