I took this drug for my teenage child diagnosed with ASD and symptomatic epilepsy. Initially, we tried one capsule a day with no adverse effects, but soon after, nervousness and tantrums emerged. After 9 days, I reduced the dosage to half a capsule daily and, after another 6 days, decided to stop. This medication may suit some, but it affects mood and the nervous system. Importantly, we noticed positive effects on speech development, with new syllables emerging, which made me happy. I may consider giving it again, but in smaller doses.
