Improved sleep quality

An excellent working drug! Phosphatidylserine enhances mental concentration, memory, mood, and sleep. I take one capsule daily with ubiquinone and benfotiamine, along with amino acids and B vitamins to restore my nervous system. They are small, soft capsules, easy to swallow. The drug clearly works; my sleep quality improved significantly. Previously, I needed 8-9 hours for a good night's sleep, but now 6-7 hours suffices. I'm very pleased with the result and will continue purchasing it. This product truly deserves attention. Stay healthy!

After switching to PS-100 upon a herbalist's suggestion due to concerns with Ginkgo Biloba, I now enjoy the same mental clarity and, notably, better sleep! It's an unexpected bonus, as I was unaware of this benefit initially. I've been taking it for around three months and have noticed significant changes.

I've been using this for improved sleep and noticed a difference in lowering my cortisol levels. It’s essential to take at least 200 mg to see results. I’m gradually increasing it to 300 mg. Reduced night tantrums

I tried it for my child based on a blog recommendation. After taking phosphatidylserine, my child's night-time rampaging ceased entirely. For years, sleepless nights were painful, but a week of this treatment resulted in calm nights. Despite some daytime frustrations persisting, the number of outbursts has reduced considerably. Initially, it worked well alone, but I also began supplementing with protein and iron. I continue to observe positive effects and plan to maintain this routine.
Sleep apnea is a common and potentially serious sleep disorder characterized by irregular breathing patterns during sleep. Individuals with sleep apnea experience episodes of disrupted or paused breathing, which can occur multiple times throughout the night. These interruptions can last a few seconds to several minutes and often lead to fragmented sleep, which may result in excessive daytime sleepiness, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. The condition can be broadly classified into two main types: obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), caused by a blockage of the upper airway, and central sleep apnea (CSA), which occurs when the brain fails to send the proper signals to the muscles that control breathing.
The diagnosis of sleep apnea typically involves a sleep study, either conducted in a sleep clinic or at home using portable monitoring devices. Treatment options vary depending on the severity of the condition but may include lifestyle changes, the use of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines, oral appliances, or even surgery in some cases. If left untreated, sleep apnea can lead to various health complications, including cardiovascular issues, metabolic disorders, and impaired cognitive function, making it essential to consult a healthcare professional if you suspect you or someone you know may be affected by this disorder.
Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that is a vital component of cell membranes, particularly within the brain. It plays a crucial role in cellular function, including cell signaling, apoptosis (programmed cell death), and maintaining the structure of neuronal membranes. As a dietary supplement, phosphatidylserine is often marketed for its potential cognitive benefits, including improving memory, attention, and overall mental clarity, particularly in aging populations. While some studies have suggested that it may help reduce symptoms of cognitive decline and stress, more research is needed to fully understand its effectiveness and the mechanisms behind its action.
Phosphatidylserine can be obtained from dietary sources, such as soybeans, white beans, and egg yolks, though supplementation is common for those looking for higher doses. When considering a phosphatidylserine supplement, it's important to look for high-quality, reputable brands and consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or taking other medications. The safety profile of phosphatidylserine is generally good, although some may experience gastrointestinal discomfort as a side effect.
Based on user reviews, the time it takes to see results from phosphatidylserine for sleep apnea can vary significantly. Many users report noticeable improvements in their sleep quality after about a month of consistent use, as indicated by one reviewer who stated, "after a month of taking it... my insomnia has absolutely improved" (Read Review). Another user highlighted positive changes after approximately three months, mentioning significant improvements in sleep as a surprising benefit of switching to this supplement (Read Review).
Additionally, some users have experienced quicker outcomes, reporting better sleep quality within a week, particularly in cases involving children, where a noticeable reduction in nighttime disturbances was observed in this brief timeframe (Read Review). Overall, while individual experiences will vary, a general consensus suggests that you might start to see improvements in sleep within a few weeks to a couple of months with regular intake of phosphatidylserine.
Based on user reviews, many individuals report significant improvements in their sleep quality after incorporating phosphatidylserine into their routine. One user mentioned they now comfortably achieve 6-7 hours of restful sleep instead of the previous 8-9 hours, indicating a positive shift in their sleep duration and quality (Read Review). Another user eloquently highlighted the cessation of nighttime awakenings, stating they wake up feeling revitalized and energetic, which is a transformative change for those who struggle with insomnia (Read Review).
Furthermore, users have noted the impact of phosphatidylserine on reducing cortisol levels, which seems to enhance overall sleep. For instance, one reviewer specified that after initiating a regimen that included phosphatidylserine, their sleep disturbances diminished significantly, allowing for uninterrupted sleep (Read Review). Another parent remarked on how their child experienced a complete cessation of nighttime tantrums within a week of starting the supplement (Read Review). These anecdotal experiences suggest that while individual results can vary, phosphatidylserine may offer a promising avenue for those seeking enhanced sleep quality and reduced nighttime disturbances.
Users report varying success when combining phosphatidylserine with other supplements for managing sleep issues and enhancing overall sleep quality. For instance, a user combining phosphatidylserine with ubiquinone and benfotiamine noted significant improvements in sleep quality, reducing their required sleeping hours from 8-9 to about 6-7 hours (Read Review). Another reviewer mentioned that phosphatidylserine worked well alongside Holy Basil, effectively lowering their cortisol levels at bedtime and leading to restful sleep (Read Review).
Users also frequently highlight the significant impact of phosphatidylserine on cortisol reduction, which is critical for achieving quality sleep. One user reported that pairing it with L-theanine and basil enhanced their deep sleep phase considerably (Read Review). Overall, anecdotal evidence suggests that combining phosphatidylserine with other supplements can augment its effectiveness, particularly in the realms of stress and sleep quality, though individual experiences may vary depending on the specific combinations used.
Users typically report that a dose of at least 200 mg of phosphatidylserine is necessary to see noticeable results for improving sleep quality. Some individuals have mentioned increasing their intake to around 300 mg for enhanced effects. For instance, one user noted that they are gradually raising their dose from 200 mg to 300 mg to seek even better sleep outcomes Read Review. Others emphasize that taking the supplement in the evening can significantly aid in relaxation and help one fall asleep quicker, delivering better overall sleep experiences Read Review.
Additionally, there are accounts of users taking phosphatidylserine multiple times a day; one individual mentioned taking 300 mg three times daily, which notably reduced their evening cortisol levels and led to improved sleep quality Read Review. Another user, following their nutritionist's advice, stated that they successfully replaced melatonin with phosphatidylserine, highlighting its effectiveness for sleep regulation Read Review. Overall, while individual responses may vary, users seem to converge on the recommendation of at least 200 mg, with many finding success with higher doses to treat sleep disturbances effectively.

After a month of taking it, I can't say much about memory yet, but my insomnia has absolutely improved. I usually managed less than 4 hours of sleep, but now I consistently achieve about 7 hours each night. I've purchased two extra months’ supply to continue with this positive outcome.

The ADHD night tantrum is gone altogether. My 5-year-old had ADHD and ASD, and after a year with DHAEPA, the effect was unclear. Since taking phosphatidylserine, the tantrums during the night have stopped, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning.
