Eased cold symptoms
5 people found this helpful
I've been taking this for the first time, just for two weeks so far. I felt the effects by the third day. After two weeks, my skin is well moisturised, free from flaking caused by the cold winter wind. A few times, I forgot my gloves and my hands were cold for an extended period, which made them peel and crack, but that has now resolved. I also noticed my PMS symptoms have slightly reduced and my appetite is easier to manage.

Stopped hot flashes

I am going through menopause and was experiencing hot flashes, as my family members reported. After some research, I started taking one of these daily, and they stopped cold (pun intended). Since then, I haven’t had any hot flashes. Even when I ran out and missed a few days, they returned until I resumed taking this supplement. It really works for me, and my doctor agrees it's beneficial for menopausal symptoms.

Reduces sweating
When my mother entered menopause, she sought high-content, high-pressure cold-pressed evening primrose products. The oil extracted under high pressure and low temperature ensures quality stability and reduces oxidation risk. This cold-pressed method negates the need for heavy refining, making it more natural and easier to absorb. Jarrow's evening primrose oil contains 1300mg, ideal for her needs and cost-effective. After taking it for a while, she noted a significant reduction in sweating and internal heat; I highly recommend it!
