Great price for quality. This Quercetin is a good quality flavonoid. I used it for my seasonal pollen allergies, as I often suffer from a persistent rash on my skin and sneezing. No medication had previously helped me. However, Quercetin proved effective, but it's important to take it consistently over time. I now rely on it for my allergies. Highly recommend!

I use this for my histamine intolerance. It significantly helps in reducing symptoms and allows me to consume some high histamine foods occasionally. I typically take two a day, increasing when I eat such foods. Due to stomach issues, I developed histamine intolerance and had to follow a low histamine diet. I take these daily to keep my histamine levels down and alleviate issues with itching, redness, headaches, and rashes. Both my son and husband take this for allergies, and it assists them as well.
