Stimulated hair growth
MSM has been a Godsend for me after back surgery and twin spinal cord implants. I have not lost any hair after chemotherapy, as it stimulates hair and nail growth while alleviating aching muscles from osteoporosis-arthritis. I take it twice daily, 1000mg, but don’t stop taking it when travelling, or the aches return.
