It’s essential for our family. I initially bought it for its effectiveness against allergies, and the chronic cough I’d had for six months disappeared. Since then, I’ve been using it regularly, and the symptom of slightly stiff fingers in the morning has nearly gone. I also take it with my child for his tics, and the eye tics have vanished too.

I’ve been taking it for about a year and a half, not for my joints. Initially, I mistook my chronic cough, which I thought was due to esophagitis, for asthma. Remarkably, even without antihistamines, my cough that persisted for several months improved significantly, and I’ve continued using it since then. The stiffness in my fingers in the morning is no longer an issue.
