I usually purchase zinc from a different manufacturer, but when it was out of stock, I opted for this one because it contains copper, which replenishes the copper depleted by zinc. This product appears to be effective for colds, and the tiny capsules are easy to swallow. One concern is the copper dosage; I believe 1 mg might be excessive for everyday use. Nevertheless, I’m pleased to have found an effective alternative.

Excellent zinc paired with copper. Since zinc and copper are antagonists, Jarrow has created a combined preparation. I liked it immensely.
