I highly recommend this! I bought zinc to boost immunity during the pandemic and to combat skin rashes. Taking it alongside vitamin C and D3 has greatly improved my skin clarity and stopped painful rashes. After two months, I felt invigorated and didn't fall ill. I've even purchased the same supplements for my 61-year-old mother, who is feeling better. I'm planning to provide zinc to my child for immunity this autumn. Please let me know if this review helped you!

Although I hadn't seen prior recommendations for this zinc, I liked its copper content since zinc can wash it out. After three weeks of taking it post-COVID with food, I am very satisfied; my rashes have vanished, despite my regular diet. I am also taking vitamin D and fish oil, which might enhance its effects.

Zinc and copper make a fantastic complex! I always take zinc in winter as a preventive measure. If I do fall ill, I double the dosage. Zinc improves my facial skin condition and reduces rashes, while copper maintains healthy levels since zinc can flush it out. A great complex, and I'll continue taking it!

Excellent! This is a good product that helped reduce the number of rashes on my daughter's face. My husband and I also take it for immunity.
A rash is a noticeable change in the texture or color of the skin that can manifest in various ways, including redness, swelling, itching, or blistering. Rashes can result from a wide range of causes, such as allergies, irritants, infections, or skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis. While some rashes may be mild and resolve on their own, others might require medical attention, particularly if they are persistent, widespread, or accompanied by other symptoms like fever or pain.
Identifying the underlying cause of a rash is crucial for effective treatment. Over-the-counter antihistamines or hydrocortisone creams can alleviate mild allergic reactions or irritations. However, for more severe cases or rashes that worsen, consulting a healthcare professional is recommended to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment options. Overall, being proactive and understanding the potential triggers of rashes can help in managing and preventing them in the future.
Zinc is a versatile metal known for its various applications in industry and health. It is a bluish-white metallic element represented by the symbol Zn and atomic number 30 on the periodic table. Zinc has been recognized for its skin-healing properties and is often used in various topical treatments for rashes and other skin conditions. As an anti-inflammatory mineral, zinc can help reduce redness and irritation associated with rashes, making it a favorable option for conditions like diaper rash, eczema, and acne. Many over-the-counter creams and ointments contain zinc oxide, which not only serves as a protective barrier on the skin but also promotes faster healing.
Moreover, zinc plays a crucial role in the body's immune response, which can be beneficial for skin repair and defense against infections. However, while zinc can aid in managing symptoms and reducing discomfort, it's important to identify the underlying cause of the rash for effective treatment. If you're considering zinc for a rash, consult with a healthcare provider to ensure it's appropriate for your specific situation and to explore comprehensive treatment options tailored to your needs.

No rashes experienced
I appreciate the small, easy-to-swallow capsules! My doctor prescribed 2 capsules for 3 months, which worked for both me and my daughter, as we are allergic and cannot take multivitamins. This product does not lead to rashes. I will order more but remember to take it with meals to avoid nausea and vomiting.

Zinc has a good dosage, shape, and firmness. There were no negative reactions from my gastrointestinal tract, and I tolerated it well, plus my skin rashes have reduced! I took a lower dosage as I self-prescribed; it's essential to monitor zinc and copper levels, preferably with a doctor.
