DID NOT HELP Bought my mum. She has high cholesterol and was forced to take statins. We decided to replace the statins with Fig. Before starting the rice, her cholesterol was tested; it was normal, at 4.6. After two months on rice, her levels rose to 6.9. We are returning to statins. I hope others might find our experience helpful.

I’ve been consuming it regularly for several years as my LDL levels significantly improve when I do. However, I developed lower back pain, so I paused taking it and felt better. Statins can cause muscle pain, and I am considering alternative treatments.

I actually managed to lower my bad cholesterol. The pressure from it did not normalise, though. Initially, I started with red rice from another brand. I later learned I needed to add Q10. The first product worked for two months, and then I switched to one that included everything. After three months, my bad cholesterol normalised, and walking helped restore my blood pressure. Physical inactivity leads to health issues; I wish everyone good health.

It's rather absurd... I bought it for cholesterol but discontinued use because of muscle pain while on it. Clearly, cholesterol levels do drop...

Leg cramps return
I bought this for my husband as per his nutritionist's advice to manage dyslipidemia. We expected it to lower his LDL, but after taking the drug, he suffered from back pain and leg cramps, leading the nutritionist to cancel further appointments.

The pain in my kidney was unbearable. I used it for a week, but the pain was too much to handle! Is there anyone else experiencing this?
