Improved recovery
Most Useful Review
Suggested for pregnant and postpartum mothers, this protein powder has notably enhanced my milk's quality and bolstered my immune resistance. Crucially, my postpartum belly is much firmer, though still large. I recommend that during recovery, mothers take a spoonful daily, increasing gradually if needed. My immune system noticeably improved; I used to take over a week to recover from colds, but now it only takes a day or so after starting the protein powder. After a six-month hiatus, I resumed taking it, and I was amazed at how quickly my milk supply returned. It’s a surprise that such a simple addition could have such a positive impact on breastfeeding.

Great cold solution
Most Useful Review
I really like this whey protein; it dissolves completely and swiftly in cold milk or water, without any clumps. It has a natural taste, slightly sweet, and works remarkably well for me, especially during colder days.

We explored a new strategy to treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA) by using nanoparticles to deliver hydrogen sulfide (HS) directly to affected joints. Our research focused on how effectively these nanoparticles, called NaHS@Cy5@MS@SP, could target specific cells involved in inflammation and tissue damage in RA. By slowly releasing HS in the synovium, we aimed to combat the negative effects of inflammation caused by fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs).

Throughout our investigations, we observed that the nanoparticles not only increased levels of HS but also boosted the activity of an enzyme linked to its production. This intervention showed promising results, as it significantly reduced inflammation and proliferation of FLSs in laboratory settings. In mice with arthritis, those treated with the nanoparticles experienced reduced joint swelling and less damage to their bones and cartilage compared to those receiving conventional HS treatment.

Additionally, we confirmed that the nanoparticles were effective in shutting down the Hedgehog signaling pathway, which is known for promoting excessive cellular growth and inflammation in RA. Our findings support the idea that delivering HS in a targeted manner can improve treatment outcomes, offering hope for more effective therapies for RA moving forward.

Whey protein isn't just for athletes. My husband and I enjoy it. We have purchased two packs as this variant is well absorbed, aiding our balanced diet. Our doctor mentioned it helps lower blood sugar levels, which is beneficial for a relative with type 2 diabetes. I incorporate it into oatmeal, pancakes, and yoghurts, enhancing flavour when fruit is added. We opted for unflavoured to maximise versatility. Personally, I've noticed my skin appears healthier and my nails no longer flake, thanks to the digestible amino acids and nutrients in whey protein. I'm delighted with this great protein at a reasonable price.

We aimed to understand how different types of milk affect bloating, particularly focusing on A2 milk versus regular A1/A2 milk. In this study, we conducted a randomized, double-blind, cross-over trial with 40 participants who reported experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort after consuming milk.

Over two weeks, each participant consumed either A2 milk or A1/A2 milk, separated by a two-week washout period. Using various assessments like symptom rating scales and digestive symptom questionnaires, we examined the effects on bloating and other gastrointestinal symptoms.

Our findings revealed that A2 milk did increase reports of bloating and loose stools compared to the A1/A2 type. However, participants also indicated experiencing less abdominal pain and urgency when consuming A2 milk. Interestingly, fecal calprotectin levels were less elevated after consuming A2 milk, particularly in males, suggesting that A2 milk may help alleviate some digestive discomfort.

Overall, while A2 milk was associated with less abdominal pain and urgency, some individuals did experience increased bloating. Despite this, the study didn't report any significant adverse effects, suggesting that A2 milk could be a viable option for those with mild digestive issues related to milk consumption.

I’m thrilled I tried this. While following the Trim Healthy Mama plan, I discovered this whey concentrate, which has not caused me any stomach discomfort or bloating, unlike previous products. My mother can consume it without any problems as well, and we’re both happy with the results!
