DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands and is believed to have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. While there is some speculation that DHEA supplementation may potentially help with Allergies there is limited scientific evidence to support this claim. According to available medical research, the use of DHEA for preventing or alleviating allergy symptoms remains inconclusive.
A study published in the Journal of Investigational Allergology and Clinical Immunology suggested that DHEA might have a positive impact on allergic conditions such as atopic dermatitis and asthma. However, this study included a relatively small sample size, and more robust research is needed to establish the effectiveness of DHEA in managing Allergies Currently, there is a lack of well-designed clinical trials to support the use of DHEA as a standalone treatment for Allergies
