My head has calmed down, and I believe N-acetylglucosamine (NAG) supports the body in restoring myelin membranes—assuming the body has enough building materials. My knees do feel good. I have multiple sclerosis and found a study indicating a supplement helped overall symptoms and slowed disease progression. Since 2009, my progression has thankfully been slow. I think this supplement contributed to that, especially as I was already taking glucosamine for my knees.
