Wonderful product! I bought these after reading several reviews about how they assisted others with diabetic neuropathy. I had it severely in my feet and struggled to sleep, so I was willing to try anything. I tried these pills and they began to work almost immediately! I can finally get some sleep without the foot pain! THANK YOU, JARROW, FOR A WONDERFUL PRODUCT AND A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP!

This Jarrow time release ALA formula has significantly improved the diabetic nerve pain and burning in my feet. The time release feature keeps the relief lasting for hours. I love this product.

I take this to relieve pain from idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. Prescription lyrica did not work well and caused many side effects, making my thoughts muddled! Alpha Lipoic Sustain works GREAT! I take about 1,200 mg, or four tablets a day. I've had no side effects, and my pain is relieved. Jarrow is the best of any alpha-lipoic acids I've tried.

No more limping

This has truly improved my nerve pain. There's no more pinching or biting feelings. Along with the reduction of neuropathy, I’m no longer limping from plantar fasciitis pain and I don't need over-the-counter pain medications either. I will purchase this again!

Reduced pain intensity

With neuropathy and Type 2 diabetes, my husband has suffered greatly. Alpha-lipoic acid serves two purposes: it reduces protein glycation and protects the myelin sheath of the nerve. After two months of taking one each morning and evening, the pains became less intense and his glycated haemoglobin dropped from 8 to 6. It’s convenient that this also contains biotin. Overall, we feel good.

Reduced leg pain
Great for my neuropathy issues following the COVID vaccine. It has significantly reduced my pain in my legs and muscle twitches. This is my second bottle. It’s an excellent formula because it includes biotin, as ALA flushes some biotin from the body. Update: Still using and find it very effective for neuropathy issues.

Effective nerve repair
This item has significantly decreased my pain, especially sciatica. It repairs the nerves, making this not merely a temporary fix but actually healing the issue. I take two tablets a day and find this more effective than taking one.
