Wonderful product! I bought these after reading several reviews about how they assisted others with diabetic neuropathy. I had it severely in my feet and struggled to sleep, so I was willing to try anything. I tried these pills and they began to work almost immediately! Effective pain relief
I take this to relieve pain from idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. Prescription lyrica did not work well and caused many side effects, making my thoughts muddled! Alpha Lipoic Sustain works GREAT! I take about 1,200 mg, or four tablets a day. I've had no side effects, and my pain is relieved. Jarrow is the best of any alpha-lipoic acids I've tried.

No more limping
This has truly improved my nerve pain. There's no more pinching or biting feelings. Along with the reduction of neuropathy, I’m no longer limping from plantar fasciitis pain and I don't need over-the-counter pain medications either. I will purchase this again!
