Taurine enhances thrombolysis rates
Our research explored the relationship between taurine and blood clot dissolution, specifically looking at how it interacts with endothelin (ET). In a rat model, we observed that while ET can inhibit thrombolysis, taurine significantly reduced ET levels by 17-40%.

Importantly, taurine not only lowered plasma ET levels but also accelerated thrombus lysis by 45%. This suggests that taurine may play a beneficial role in promoting blood clot dissolution, providing a potential avenue for improving treatments for thrombotic conditions.

Combination therapy shows promise
We explored how the combination of taurine and tPA impacts blood clotting after stroke using a rat model. In our study, taurine effectively reduced the adverse effects of tPA, such as hemorrhage, while also improving blood flow in small vessels.

Meanwhile, tPA alone was ineffective and even harmful, causing bleeding. These encouraging results suggest that taurine could enhance the safety and effectiveness of stroke treatments, paving the way for better therapies in the future.

Taurine aids thrombolytic therapy
We investigated how taurine influences thrombolysis, particularly in patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction and through a rat model.

Our results indicated that combined treatment of urokinase and taurine significantly lowered serum endothelin levels compared to urokinase alone.

Additionally, taurine appeared to enhance vascular recanalization and reduce ischemia-related damage.

This suggests that taurine could be a valuable addition to thrombolytic therapies, helping to improve recovery after clot-related heart issues.

I found taurine a great help! Recommended by my gynecologist, I previously purchased a 500 mg dose but now buy this 1000 mg dosage. Taurine stabilises insulin levels, dilates blood vessels, and alleviates spasms, thus helping to mildly lower pressure. It effectively prevents blood clots. Having taken it for several months, I notice my blood pressure has normalised, and I take two capsules before breakfast. I'm delighted with the result.

A fantastic supplement! I purchased it for my husband. He’s very pleased and has noticed significant improvements in his overall well-being. The supplement helps control water movement through cell membranes, supports bile salts production, maintains cardiovascular health, keeps his heart rhythm regular, manages blood pressure, affects glucose levels, inhibits oxidative processes, and positively influences his nervous system.

I take 1000 mg of taurine before bed, which helps me sleep well and boosts my energy throughout the day. However, I noticed that taking it every night for consecutive days results in low blood pressure upon waking, so I've adjusted to taking it every other day, which resolves the issue.

Excellent! I ordered various taurine brands based on reviews. I give it to my mother for her high blood pressure. It has a cumulative effect; results started appearing two weeks into the course. Her pressure is now back to normal and seldom rises as it did before.

Effective for blood pressure
We consume taurine on an empty stomach, which effectively liquefies bile and has helped my mother-in-law reduce her blood pressure. After two weeks of use, we've seen positive results, and she no longer relies on pills.
