I used to buy milk thistle powder from a pharmacy, which effectively eased my biliousness and cleansed my intestines. However, the powder was inconvenient to consume. I tried these capsules as per the package instructions, but unfortunately, I saw no improvement after increasing the dose. They were neither good nor bad, and I feel I wasted my money. I cannot recommend them.
