Excellent for arthritis and muscle pain linked to leaky gut. Both my son and I suffer from Lyme Disease and associated joint pain. He experienced severe symptoms from gluten intake. After our doctor's recommendation of L-Glutamine, both of our pains vanished within a week! During breaks from it, the pain returns, but resuming the supplement alleviates it swiftly. This product has minimal taste, and it mirrors the benefits of a more expensive brand.

For arthritis, my trainer recommended this supplement to relieve muscle issues during workouts. I believe it helps with my knee pain caused by arthritis. A great product that I will continue using.
