I don't tolerate pharmaceuticals well,so I am so grateful for the comments on Ubiquinol left by another person here on Amazon. I had been using CoQ10 for a while but was no longer receiving as much support as I needed and had ordered some Ubiquinol to compare it to regular CoQ10.Ubiquinol is the reduced form of CoQ10 that our bodies make from CoQ10 . I did have a heart attack and found that Ubiquinol would offer me support to end the chest pain when I didn't have the ability to see a Dr. right away. Since then I have had several cardiac tests to see what is going on and am waiting to hear the results. What I can say is that Ubiquinol stopped the chest pain and restored my energy levels lost when I was having a heart attack. Go see your Cardiologist, but if you need immediate help to stop chest pains use Ubiquinol right away and continue to increase the amount of Mg. you take until you experience relief. I have taken up to 300 mg at a time, and use a total of 800 Mg. a day. 200 Mg. in the morning, 300 Mg. at dinner time, & 300 Mg. at bedtime. Taking Ubiquinol also improved my BP readings significantly where nothing else had helped me without horrible side effects. I hope this helps some people
