Excellent so far. After suffering from severe muscle cramps in my back due to statin medication, I discovered Ubiquinol. Since taking two caps daily for two weeks, I feel more energetic and sleep better. My cramps have reduced in severity and can now be alleviated by stretching, unlike before where they were more debilitating. This is a fantastic product. After a heart attack in 2004 and being put on statins, I experienced muscle tightness, particularly in my chest. After extensive research, I discovered that CoQ10 supplements could alleviate this. None worked as effectively as Jarrow Formulas, and now I no longer suffer from chest pains.
