Excellent so far. After suffering from severe muscle cramps in my back due to statin medication, I discovered Ubiquinol. Since taking two caps daily for two weeks, I feel more energetic and sleep better. My cramps have reduced in severity and can now be alleviated by stretching, unlike before where they were more debilitating. This supplement has been one of the best I’ve tried, and I plan to continue with it.

I wholeheartedly endorse this product. I used Jarrow QH-Absorb for years until I had to stop due to costs, but I returned as my health declined. I’ve noticed real improvement, and I will never be without QH-Absorb again; it's a vital part of my health regimen.
