Woooooo buddy
I have been taking supplements for over 20 years now. I've gotten geeked off a few pre-workouts in my day, but this is honestly the first POST workout supplement that had me questioning my life choices. I got the Rainbow Sherbert flavor, as it appealed to me the most, and all the flavors seemed to have very high ratings, I figured I could do no wrong. After my workout, I took the recommended 1 (level) scoop, and stopped reading after that. I pounded that scoop in 28 oz of water. It was surprisingly easy to drink, more so than any other supplement I have ever had. I drank it all in about 5 minutes. Then, 10 minutes later, my back started to itch. Then burn. Then that feeling spread to my head, then everywhere else. It was a burning sensation that no amount of scratching could satisfy. A minute later, I was in the bathroom, teaching the toilet bowl a lesson it won't soon forget. For 3 hours. So... I then noticed the supplement mixed with water was intended to be consumed over a 30 minute period. My bad. I started consuming half a scoop in 30oz of water in 30-45 minutes with much more favorable results. I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars on Value, simply because I don't yet have a formula devised to explain what happened to me, in a 5-star rating system based upon value
