Best Post-Workout Drink
I've been lifting for around 4 years and I'm sure like most people, I went through a wide variety of post-workout products, from Pre-workouts, to protein powders, to BCAAs/post-carbs. I've tried many flavors and it was tough to find a good post-workout product that tasted good yet worked at the same time. I'm glad I came across JYM Supplements on my Facebook feed because I've heard about Stoppani and the great advice he gives for lifting and nutrition. I felt comfortable knowing that his knowledge in the fitness and supplement industry would be solid and backed up and without hesitation, bought this and the Post-Workout carbs, both in Rainbow Sherbet flavor simply because I mix the two together for my post-workout drink. Taste: 10/10....I highly recommend the Rainbow Sherbet. Yeah, it's sweet but it's not too sweet to the point where you feel like you're drinking an extremely artificial product. You may have to add a little more water if you mix one scoop of this with one scoop of the Post-Workout Carbs but in general, this might be the best tasting BCAA drink I've ever had Mixability: 10/10.....Mixes well in the Blender bottle and does not clump even when you let it sit. The directions recommend that you drink this over the course of 15-20 minutes and every time I took a sip after couple of minutes, I never saw the need to remix the drink Serving Size: Like most supplements out there, it's a typical 30 serving product and at $37.97 for the Rainbow Sherbet, it's quite reasonable given the amount of thought and science has been put into the making of this product
