Effective and convenient on the go
I am lactose intolerant and it is just impossible to avoid dairy at most restaurants. My preference is to not draw attention to myself around this topic and I love the convenience of carrying around an individually wrapped pill in my wallet. I actually always have 2 in my wallet at all times just in case. And even though I keep my wallet in my back pocket I have not once had problems with the pills being smashed when I go to use them (maybe that was only a fear for me though). It is so easy to quick grab a pill from my pocket and take it as the food comes out. And I don't want to carry around a bulky bottle of pills. I have tried the more expensive individually wrapped brands and the Kirkland ones are just as effective. Only difference is that they don't cost as much! I do also have a bottle of lactose pills at my house for when I want to enjoy dairy at home and can just go to my cabinet. I use that for home because they are just as effective, but once again, cheaper. I should add these are not a miracle cure and I cannot just slam back 10 pizzas. But if I take as instructed, they greatly reduce my typical side effects
