It actually worked better then the shots
I have Pernicious Anemia. Diagnosed back in 1989, at first I was getting B-12 shots every month. After a couple of years the doctors said that new studies showed that I could probably get enough B-12 by mouth if I took pills, 5 grams, per day and would not give me shots unless this didn't work. It actually worked better then the shots. As time went on my legs and feet began to hurt to a point that made it very difficult to walk. Doctors blamed it on Diabetes ( very low amount) I suspected something else. I did some research and found that my symptoms could be caused by a lack of B-12. I also learned that the B-12 that I was buying at the pharmacy was not the right formula that I needed. I ordered the Kirkland (Methyleobalamin) B-12 and with in a week I could tell a difference and so could other people. I could walk better and my cognitive skills were improving. To day, about four months latter, my leg and foot pain is almost totally gone. I have had to teach myself how to walk upright again because my legs no longer hurt
