My gastroenterologist suggested these to me with my first ulcer; they helped. I should have kept taking them but didn’t. Now, working on my second ulcer, I started taking two a day, which seems to be even better as it's healing quite quickly. I recommend these for regular use and to alleviate other probiotic issues.
