Never thought it would work! Being lactose intolerant means dairy and I do not mix, which is frustrating as my family doesn’t share this issue. After learning about these pills from my doctor, I decided to give them a try. I absolutely love them! I experience no gas, bloating, diarrhoea, or stomach pain anymore. Occasionally, I wake up with a bit of gas, but it’s nothing compared to before. I even tested it by eating dairy without taking the pill, and the before-and-after results are astonishing! If you're lactose intolerant but love dairy, I highly recommend these pills. They’re affordable, and Costco offers bulk options. The pills are tasteless and easy to swallow.

I've started recommending this to people with dairy issues. On my first day, I took a litre of whole milk with these lactaid caplets and experienced no 'movements' or discomfort whatsoever. I realised something was very right, as I usually suffer from bloating and abdominal pain, including diarrhoea when consuming too much without solid food. Since starting these caplets last month, I’ve often forgotten to take them before having dairy, yet never experienced any adverse effects. I wish I had discovered this sooner; it would have made my life a lot easier. I'm glad it's so effective and am continuously recommending it!
