Why should your bacteria feed on some lactose just so you can fart. Cut it out, us modern humans have a pill for everything I love it. I can drink milk without it but I prefer not to play the tuba sometimes. I also take Beano for the many plant foods that also feed bacteria, but it don't work as well as lactase works for lactose.. and then there's gas from watermelon that only activated charcoal works too prevent and sometimes not even works but I will still eat these foods. I like this version because it doesn't have the sugar alcohol in it
