This was mainly purchased for my Mom who only will drink lactose-free milk and after doing some research and simply reading the entire lactose-free milk box, I found that the milk isn't lactose-free. They just add the enzyme lactase! So I figured, we can save money by getting these pills. But it's not clicking in her head that taking these before drinking regular milk is just as good as drinking lactose-free milk. Well, since I'm a quarter native and don't enjoy the mutated gene that allows European descendants to enjoy milk beyond 5 years old whereas the rest of us need help since we weren't consuming milk for generations upon generations. (It's pretty neat if you look into it, why some people can handle milk and others don't. It's because those who can are Mutants!!!!!!! Hahaha.. Heck of a super power) Anyway, works great for me. If I don't use it, I get bloated and have to poo a lot, or think I do and just get gassy. Either way it's not a way to attract a girl

If you're lactose intolerant, you NEED this.

Please heed this advice from someone who THOUGHT they could go without: Don't. I thought I'd be fine taking my last two a few bites into a LARGE serving of Mac and Cheese (made with condensed milk and a bit of cream cheeseðŸ˜©) I was WRONG. I'm on the toilet right now fighting for my life. I have emptied my entire system. There IS a sense of relief in that, but don't be like me. I need this. You need this. WE NEED THIS. It's the best pill on the market but you have to take it BEFORE you eat. It also helps to take them in proportion to the dairy you're eating. I'm learning the hard way two doesn't cut it for all occasions. Buy the pills and buy the 120 pill version. You'll always run out sooner than you think! Heck, I'm thinking about subscribing to this product and I NEVER do that. Hope it helps! Happy eating everyoneâ¤ï¸

Has helped my body

This product has helped me to not have an explosion in the bathroom after eating pizza, ice cream, cheese, milk, quiche, anything and everything that contains dairy or milk. I know this is quite obvious.I'm just saying it has helped my life tremendously. I no longer excuse myself during a meeting because I have to go use the bathroom.it is awkward when you leaving meeting, and you have to go to the bathroom for 20 minutes and then come back. I have no more awkward interactions about me using the bathroom. Thank God for lactatid because now I can poop in peace. For all my fellow lactose intolerant family I wish your bowls well

Marriage saver!!!

This product has saved my marriage. Why do you ask? Well, my wife has the worst smelling, loudest farts ever after she eats dairy. Sure, sometimes it's funny when she farts, but when she farts so loud it wakes me from a dead sleep, it almost made me move out into the garage. When she takes this before a dairy heavy meal, she doesn't rip farts. I recommend!

The only Lactaid pills I will use

When I was diagnosed as lactose intolerant 11 years ago I had no idea there were lactaid pills that would allow me to eat my favorites again. It was about 2 years later that I discovered them in the store. Of course I was still nervous to try them because I get violently ill if I consume lactose. But I gave them a go. They were some generic brand and they tasted horrible and didn't work. I still got sick. So I didn't try them again for months. Then I was desperate for cheetos. I wanted them so bad, so I tried the Lactaid brand, first the chewables, then the swallow ones and they worked! I didn't get sick. And that was it. I have been using these ever since. I have found my limit is about 2-3 lactose foods a day before it's over my limit and I start to experience side effects again, but they are very mild. This is the only brand I trust and the only brand I will use. 120 pills usually last me about a month and some change which is perfect for me

Dosage amount is high

I take full blame for this, but I misread the description so I'm hoping to help others. When I saw 120 pills per bottle, I got excited and purchased three bottles. When they came in, I saw why they were so reasonable. One serving is THREE pills! So essentially, there are 60 doses in each bottle and I find having to take 3 pills at a time, a bit much. They work, don't get me wrong. I just get miffed having to take so many pills at once. If you don't mind the amount require, buy away!

Family harmony once again

These pills really work. The instructions say to take 3 of them but one pill when taking the first dairy bite or drink does the job. No longer am I involuntarily chasing people out of the room nor taking an active role in damaging our environment. Now I can watch any kind of movie; no longer limited to action flicks needed to time the "release" with an explosion that I'd pass off as a unique home theater experience with sound, vibration, AND smell. The air is fresher, the house is quieter. Such bliss. The downside is that I'm no longer useful for that loss of smell random COVID check

Lactaid is a life saver when you're both severely lactose intolerant and your will to live is directly proportional to cheese ðŸ˜

Helps, but a bummer you need to take 3 instead of just 1

Why do you need to take 3 in order for it to work??? Odd directions compared to other Lactaid formulas I've used. Oh well. I like this packaging for my house, and the packets for on the go
