I can eat again!
I was never told what food Allergies were, or that most people do have IBS or some type of sensitivity to dairy anyway. After a glass of milk, a milk shake or even two scoops of ice cream I would be bloated, lethargic and uncontrollable urge to sleep. Turns out, that's your body telling you "stop friggen eating whatever it is you just ate". I pop/eat/chew three of these before a relatively light dairy infested meal and I feel perfectly fine afterwords. I don't have to run get up to the bathroom anymore and I'm not as fearful of going out and eating. If you know it's going to be a long meal with dairy in between make sure to take an extra serving after about 30-40 minutes if you're still eating
