Unexpected allergic reaction
I liked the product initially, but after starting to take it, I developed acne (which I had never experienced before). I heard others mention reactions to non-acidic products and thought I might be okay. I consumed one capsule daily, and two weeks later, my hands itched intensely as if I had been in nettles, followed by my entire body turning red as though I had been in a sauna for 40 minutes. I was concerned about Quincke's oedema or anaphylactic shock, despite not having allergies. Thankfully, the symptoms subsided after 15 minutes, but it was frightening. I stopped taking it, and the acne cleared up.
