NOT FOR ME. I had to cease taking this shortly after starting, as it made me feel irritable and anxious. Perhaps, it was an unsuitable combination for me.

There are side effects; it's not particularly easy to use. I felt a bit irritable after taking it. It's advisable to take it under a doctor's supervision.

Induces anxiety
This complex did not suit me. It's a decent vitamin blend but resulted in slight nausea and stomach pain, which I had not experienced previously. The urine also turned an acid yellow. I felt anxious and irritable, so I won't take it again; perhaps it was just my individual reaction to the medication.
