Effective pain relief
I took it for about six months to prevent Rheumatoid arthritis and arthritis, and it was effective. I'm much better now that I don't have to take it daily. However, I was informed that excessive B6 could cause pain, which it certainly did. I wish to continue taking it periodically and drinking it in the future.

Effective pain relief
