During Covid, I began using various remedies (isbir, turmeric, honey, lemon, etc.). Consequently, my ear started to itch and swell, and I experienced hives on my face, indicating an allergic reaction. Initially, I started taking this remedy after allergy symptoms had already begun, which wasn’t ideal. I’ve concluded it’s important to order in advance and start taking it about a week before exposure to allergens. While it doesn’t completely eliminate all symptoms, it effectively reduced the swelling of the mucous membranes and the annoying "fog" in my head. I prefer natural remedies over pharmaceuticals.

I bought this on my immunologist's recommendation to bolster my body's resistance to viral infections. Surprisingly, it alleviated the swelling in my legs and the associated pain from wearing high heels. I’m currently not taking any other medication, and I suggest trying it if you have similar issues.

This is a good product, albeit with a limited quantity of pills. I chose this quercetin based on reviews and found it helped restore my body post-Covid. Ideally, it should be taken during the illness but better late than never. After a month, my bowel habits returned to normal and the swelling subsided. I took it alongside a hearty breakfast and plan to resume for preventive measures during the cold season.

Sinus swelling reduced
I found this remedy excellent for healing intestinal walls in combination with other medications, as it effectively relieves swelling. I additionally give it to my daughter for colds and respiratory diseases to alleviate swelling and inflammation in the sinuses. Moreover, it's a fantastic antihistamine for allergies, and the capsule size is manageable even for children.
