Great complex! It previously came in different packaging without vitamin K. This preparation has raised my vitamin D levels from 21 to 64 in two months. Unlike products from other manufacturers, I experienced no rashes or blackheads, so I highly recommend it.

Excellent absorption, and I appreciate the extra iodine. I purchased these after discovering my vitamin D deficiency due to a genetic anomaly. The additional K aids in the absorption of vitamin D. I had struggled with skin rashes, rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema for most of my life. Since starting this supplement, these issues have mostly disappeared, with only minimal psoriasis occasionally appearing in my eyebrows. I am very pleased with this product.

I liked it; I never fell ill during my use of this supplement. However, I did experience rashes for the first two weeks, which I understand can happen when taking iodine. Overall, it's a worthy product.

Rash after consumption
This product contains vitamins D and K. I developed a rash after consuming this, but I understand everyone's body is different. I opted for a vitamin D injection instead.
