Life Extension's D3 K2 with iodine is an excellent supplement. I bought it for my mother, who has a nodular diffuse goitre. After a year of continuous use alongside zinc and selenium, her swollen lymph nodes shrank, hormone levels stabilised, and the size of her thyroid gland decreased. We are very happy with the results.

Thyroid swelling relief
Good product. I purchased this for thyroid support due to issues I was experiencing. Once I started taking it, my thyroid swelling and choking sensation ceased. My only criticism is the packaging; the bottle could easily be one-third smaller, which would reduce unnecessary plastic use.

Swelling disappeared

My shaking teeth are now fine, haha! I needed implants urgently, as my gums were severely swollen and shaking. I wanted to wait until a big event next spring, but after taking this, the swelling vanished, and there is no shaking. I am completely satisfied.

Life Extension's D3 K2 with iodine is an excellent supplement. I bought it for my mother, who has a nodular diffuse goitre. I took one capsule daily, but after taking two, I noticed my facial swelling subsided within hours. I often experience swelling due to hypo. For individuals with very low D levels, you might take 20,000 units monthly before reducing the dose.
