After COVID, I began taking this a month later due to 25% lung damage. I consume 2 capsules on an empty stomach with plenty of water. I experience a surge of strength, mental clarity, and occasionally a wave of oxygen sensation in my head. There's no sense of tiredness or lethargy. I'm combining it with Astaxanthin for full rehabilitation. There were continuous heart aches post-COVID, but I have since forgotten about these issues. I deduct one star due to occasional heart palpitations.
